Watch this Welcome Video from Pastor Elizabeth!
It seems like every Christian would easily say "I am against domestic violence", but often actions speak louder then words. People hear a friend's marriage is struggling and pray for reconciliation instead of asking if there is abuse in the home. For far too long the church has focused on the wife's role to submit to her husband and taught that divorce should never be a consideration in a Christian marriage. Therefore, many godly women have accepted and lived with abuse for years because they think they are obeying God by submitting to their abuser. Pastor Elizabeth lived that life. Now that she is walking in the freedom that she knows God has called her to, she wants to shout from the rooftop that abuse isn't God's will for ANYONE! Divorce is NOT the unpardonable sin! She wants to remind you that Your Father God LOVES YOU! Your Savior Jesus DIED FOR YOU! The Holy Spirit of God dwells WITHIN YOU to strengthen & comfort you. He has called you to a better life! Whether you've been free from abuse for years, or are still in it seeking a way to leave, WE WANT TO SUPPORT YOU! If you have a family member or friend who has suffered, or is suffering, Pastor Elizabeth would love to give you insight on how to minister to them most effectively. We believe God is shining His light, exposing the darkness, so women can be delivered, restored and healed!
We believe the crucial first key to finding healing is KNOWING Jesus. Allowing yourself to be embraced by His unfailing, unconditional love will change your life! If you have never invited Jesus into your life, or haven't talked to Him in a while, Pastor Elizabeth encourages you to do so. The Bible says "all who call on the name of the Lord are saved." You don't have to use any fancy or religious words. Just cry out to Jesus - I promise He hears you, He sees you and He wants to heal your heart and set you free!
